Followed by a guided healing meditation to release emotional and physical pain stored in the body. closing the session with the crystal singing bowls for sound healing to restore you to wholeness.
Week 3- breath work to clear emotional, and physical blocks that you’re ready to release, followed with a guided meditation to integrate restoration in your body, and your mind for deep rest, and profound healing. Completing the session with sound healing with The Tibetan singing bowl to heal and restore. This can create healing on a cellular level.
Week 4- This final session you will Participate in a heart opening breath practice for clarity to open the heart allowing wisdom, and renewed vitality to enter, followed by a guided meditation for clearing the past to open the body and mind for a renewed found freedom and healing for your heart mind and soul. We will close with a sound healing to create peace and renewed confidence within your body, mind and soul.
