What Is Ketamine?

Isn’t ketamine a “hippie drug?” NO. Contrary to narratives in the culture, ketamine is actually a prescription. It is a medicine that can be prescribed by a medical professional. That means that it is legal, safe and certainly not a “hippie drug.”

Ketamine is considered a psychedelic, therapeutic medicine used to help people who are stuck. It helps access states of processing to assist with healing deeper subconscious wounds and symptoms. When paired with psychotherapy and properly integrated, results have shown tremendous evidence to create change, rewire neural networking and install lasting healing.

Ketamine is useful for treatment of anxiety, OCD, chronic pain, phobias, identity and attachment issues, PTSD, treatment resistant depression, grief processing, spiritual development and more.

  • Tony Ziolko, LPC

  • Joel Olmstead, PA

How It Works:

After an intake assessment with a therapist and a medical provider, you will begin setting intentions and identifying areas needing rewiring and healing. Clients bring their medication in to sessions and take the prescription orally while being guided through a therapeutic session lasting 2 hours. Sessions yield insight for healing and open up new neural networks for resourcing.

Clients will be provided notes following the session for deeper integration as well as follow up appointments if needed in-between ketamine sessions. Some clients may experience tremendous healing in as little as 3 sessions and typically last no more than 6-8 sessions.
