“The hard things that cracked us open have the potential to create space for deeper joy and resilience.”
— Aundi Kolber

There is always hope. Your past doesn’t have to define you or dictate your future. Let’s work on creating space for deeper joy together.

I hold a Masters degree in clinical counseling and am licensed in the State of Arizona. I am also EMDR trained, and utilize trauma informed approach to therapy. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Sand Tray, Play Therapy, Parts Work and Attachment.

My goal is to create a safe place for clients to be seen and heard and to help them restore a sense of identity beyond their pain. Every person is valuable. I offer biblical integration in sessions if so desired. As a follower of Jesus I believe that Jesus is the ultimate healer and it is an honor to be used by Him to help walk alongside His people sharing in their pain. All throughout the Bible, we see examples of God transforming evil into good. He turns ashes into beauty. He can do a lot with a little. Nothing is ever wasted, so don’t waste your pain. Let it make you better.

Outside of working, I enjoy spending time outside and love being creative whether that is through playing with my kids, writing songs, photography, baking bread, or playing music with my husband.
