There is something sacred about the experiences, the stories, that shape our lives. All stories have chapters of pain, heartache, and troubled waters. But all stories also have hope for redemption, healing, and new life.

I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am working towards licensure through the state of Arizona. Most of my experience has been in trauma work with women. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, Somatic Experiencing, as well as trauma interventions such as Sensorimotor and Parts Therapy. I practice from a person-centered and attachment focused perspective.

It is my privilege to be a safe place for every part of your story, an advocate for your healing, and a champion of you fully becoming your authentic self. The work done in between the walls of the therapy room is the most transformative and powerful work of your life. It is messy, and challenging, and raw, and beautiful. When we find the courage to face our true selves, and to be truly known by others, that is when we stop surviving and start experiencing a full and flourishing life.

“Full” and “flourishing” in my own life looks like a husband and kids (3), puppies (3), and a whole lot of chaos. I love yoga, hiking, reading a good book, creating, writing, and coffee dates with good friends to keep me grounded.
